Is your gas flow meter accurate? How do you know what the actual gas flow rate at the torch is?  Shield Gas Flow Test Gauges accurately and conveniently measure your gas flow rates at the torch where it matters most!

This easy to use device will take the guesswork out of optimizing your welds, and save you money on shield gas.  The benefits of measuring and documenting flow rates – at the torch – will pay off with reduced weld variations and lower gas usage.

Measures Argon and Co2 Flow Rates up to 25 LPM (52 CFH) Cubic Feet per Hour.

To Convert to LPM (Liters per Minute) Multiply CFH x 0.72

    This is in regards to an earlier feedback left on 2/20/2015 about a defective Shield Gas Tester I received from Arc-Zone. I am glad to see that Arc-Zone stepped up and sent me another tester with out my having to prove the first tester I received was defective. I've been welding professionally since about 1970, so I know how a Shield Gas Tester has to function. This has renewed my faith in Arc-Zone as a great business to work with. Thank you for your help in this matter. Don

    No gas passage through rubber end. Would not work when I received the tester with out reworking the rubber end by punching the right size hole inside the rubber end.
