Approximate number of rods per 1 lb. pack for each diameter:

• .045" (1.14mm): 36 - 40
• 1/16" (1.6mm): 26 - 30
• 3/32" (2.4mm): 12 - 16
• 1/8" (3.2mm): 8 - 10

(Rods per pack is an approximate and varies on metal type)

NICKEL 82 AWS A 5.14-89 CLASS ERNiCr-3 

Nickel 82 is a Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum wire used for welding Inconel® 600 and 601, as well as Incoloy® 800 and 800HT to themselves or to Carbon Steels, Stainless Steels, Nickel 200, or Copper-Nickel Monel® 400.

Nickel 82 can also be used for joining Monel® 400 to carbon steel and for cladding steels.

Tensile strength: 110,000 psi.

Elongation is 30%.
