We understand that things happen. Parts are mistakenly ordered, you end up not needing something, the parts aren't compatible with your torch, or the safety gear doesn't fit the way you like. Not a problem, here at Arc-Zone we are committed to meeting your return request expectations. Below are a few guidelines to help ensure your return process goes smoothly.


  • Returns must have an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number referenced; unauthorized returns will be refused.
  • With a few exceptions, any new, unused, uninstalled and unaltered item can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
    • Exceptions:
      • Grinders - 7 Day Return Period
      • Special order, custom built, or clearance items - no return, except for warranty exchange
  • Original freight charges will not be credited, nor is Arc-Zone responsible for return shipping charges, unless Arc-Zone made a mistake in fulfilling your order. Return shipping charges for warranty claims will be credited after receipt and inspection.
  • Returns require proof of purchase by referencing a valid Sales Order or Invoice number.
  • If you have purchased an Arc-Zone item from a Reseller or other website, please contact them directly; only items purchased directly from Arc-Zone can be returned to Arc-Zone.

The Process:

  1. If you placed your order through our website,, please login, select the invoice & item(s) you wish to return, and an RGA will be automatically generated for you. The RGA # will remain active and valid for 30 days. Note: Issuance of an RGA does not represent an authorized credit.
  2. If you placed your order via phone, email, eBay, Amazon, or other means, please contact our Customer Care Team for an RGA #, and provide them with the following information:
    1. Your Name, Company Name
    2. Email
    3. Shipping Address
    4. Phone #
    5. Sales Order or Invoice Number
    6. Part #
    7. Reason for Return
  3. Carefully package merchandise to avoid damage during shipment. Depending on its condition, original packaging may not be sufficient.
  4. Ship only those items for which the RGA has been issued.
  5. Write the RGA number prominently on the outside of the package.
