Our Hassle-Free Returns Process
We understand that things happen—maybe you ordered the wrong part, changed your mind, or found that your new gear isn’t quite the right fit. No worries! At Arc-Zone, we are committed to making your return process easy, stress-free, and fast, so you can get back to welding without the hassle.
Return Guidelines
- Return Authorization (RGA) – All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Unauthorized returns will be handled case by case.
- Return Window – Most new, unused, unaltered items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Special Conditions:
- Special Order, Custom-Built, or Clearance Items – No returns, except for warranty exchanges.
- Items that are physically damaged
- Shipping Costs – Original shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to an Arc-Zone error.
- Proof of Purchase – You’ll need a valid Sales Order or Invoice number to process your return.
- Third-Party Purchases – If you bought your Arc-Zone gear from a reseller (Amazon, eBay, etc.), contact them directly for returns.
Note:
An RGA number is valid for 30 days. Issuing an RGA does not guarantee a refund—it just starts the return process.
How to Return Your Order
Online - It’s Easy!
- Log into your Arc-Zone.com account.
- Find your order# and select the item(s) you want to return.
- A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number will be automatically generated.
- Pack your items securely and write the RGA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship it to us! (Address below.)
