Unlike standard quick disconnects, the ZeroLoss™ system automatically seals both the female coupler and male plug as soon as they are disconnected.

This double shut-off design helps save gas, reduce downtime, and eliminate the need to shut down or depressurize the entire gas line during routine torch or hose changes.

This kit is available in two different Male TIG Gas Hose Plug sizes. The correct size depends on the TIG torch, gas hose, or welding machine connection used in your setup.

Important: Large and Small refer specifically to the size of the Male TIG Gas Hose Plug, not the quick-disconnect coupler body.

How the Double Shut-Off System Works

1. Connect the male plug to the female quick-release coupler.
2. Shielding gas flows normally while the coupling is connected.
3. When disconnected, the internal valve in the female coupler closes automatically.
4. The internal valve in the male plug also closes automatically.
5. Both sides remain sealed, helping prevent gas loss while the line is disconnected.
