Snap together straight and curved modeling blocks to create header primaries. Each block represents a 1" arc length, allowing you to visualize routing and geometry. Different block sizes can be combined to simulate stepped headers.

2. Transfer to Steel Tubing:
Use the included aluminum cutting board and alignment blocks to duplicate your design using prebent U-bends and J-bends. The cutting board aligns with a vertical band saw fence for accurate, repeatable cuts.

3. Align and Tack Weld:
The included clamps hold tubing sections in place so you can preview, adjust, and clock each piece before welding—reducing the need for rework and improving final assembly accuracy.
