PowerTIG 200DV

The PowerTIG 200DV has been a staple in the Everlast lineup since 2009, favored by light and medium fabricators for its simplicity and advanced features. The latest model is more efficient and durable, offering improved performance and power consumption. It pairs perfectly with the new stackable PowerCool 375 cooler, enhancing its appeal.

This portable TIG welder operates on both 120V and 240V single-phase power (50/60Hz) and can be used with a generator rated for 8500W surge watts and "clean power." If you're looking for a reliable, portable TIG welder for daily use, the PowerTIG 200DV is a strong choice.

Key updates include HV Start for more reliable arc starts, Fan On Arc technology to activate fans only when welding or during overheating, and Cooler Control Technology for better cooling management.

HV Start.
Fan on Arc (As demanded). Fan only comes on while welding, and stays on briefly after welding before shutting off. It also comes on when the unit over heats and reaches it's duty cycle limits.
Cooler control starts cooler when arc is struck. Cooler shuts down after arc is terminated.

This 120V unit can be operated on any clean power rated generator (5% or less THD) capable of producing 4500W (Surge Rating). Operation on under powered, or non-clean power rated units will void the warranty. Clean power ratings are determined by the generator manufacturer. Everlast does not determine this rating or test units for suitability.

This unit is not designed for E6010 use.
