High-Purity Flooding Cup kits are built with a durable, CNC machined anodized aluminum housing, large gas flow straightener screen area, re-engineered gas lens collet body, modified ceramic gas nozzle and collet.
Engineered with three (3) gas curtains (inner, central & outer) proven to deliver efficient primary and secondary gas curtains around the perimeter and directly over the molten weld pool without any interruption of gas coverage or atmosphere contamination.
