10mm Manganese Phosphate Steel Tabletop

The standard tabletop features a 0.39" (10mm) steel plate with a manganese phosphate surface finish.

This provides a substantial steel fixturing surface for everyday welding, fabrication, and workpiece positioning applications.

The manganese phosphate treatment provides a protective finish for the steel surface.

12mm Nitrided Steel Tabletop

The upgraded tabletop features a 0.47" (12mm) steel plate with a nitrided surface treatment.

Reversible Steel Tabletop

The Tech Cart features a double-sided steel tabletop secured to the aluminum frame using eight flat-head mounting screws and locating bushings.

The tabletop can be removed, flipped, and reinstalled to use the opposite side.

Locating bushings help position the tabletop correctly when it is returned to the cart frame.

This reversible design provides additional flexibility for maintaining the working surface over time.

Important: Remove all workpieces and accessories before removing or reversing the tabletop. Follow the manufacturer's instructions and use appropriate assistance when handling the heavy steel plate.

Mobile Aluminum Frame

The Tech Cart uses a frame constructed from 40 x 40mm 6061 aluminum extrusion, secured with corner brackets.

This provides a rigid workstation structure while keeping the frame material different from the steel tabletop.

Four 3" swivel casters with brakes allow the workstation to be moved around the shop and secured at the desired working location.

Built-In Yellow Pegboard Storage
