CK Worldwide® Trim-Line™ 210 Flex Head Air-Cooled TIG Torch (Choose Options From Above)
26-Series performance in a smaller, lighter torch with the added versatility of a flexible head.
The CK Worldwide® Trim-Line™ 210 Flex Head TIG Torch combines 200 Amp air-cooled performance with a compact torch body and flexible head for improved access to difficult weld joints. Bend the head to better match the workpiece, improve torch angle, and reach areas where a traditional rigid torch can be difficult to position.
Larger cooling passages, a hardened alloy body, and a lightweight design give the Trim-Line™ 210 the performance expected from a traditional 26-Series TIG torch without the extra size and weight.
Why Welders Choose the Trim-Line™ 210 Flex Head
- Flexible Head: Adjust the torch head angle for improved access to tight or awkward weld joints.
- Compact 26-Series Alternative: Delivers high-amperage air-cooled performance in a smaller, lighter package.
- Improved Cooling: Larger cooling passages in the head help manage heat during demanding applications.
- Hardened Alloy Body: Built for durability and professional shop use.
- 3 Series Consumables: Uses standard front-end parts commonly shared by 17, 18, and 26 Series TIG torches.
- SuperFlex™ Cable Options: Complete packages include a flexible one-piece SuperFlex™ power cable.
Choose the Right Configuration
| Part # | Configuration | Handle | Power Cable |
|---|---|---|---|
| CK-TL210 FX | Torch Body Only | Not Included | Not Included |
| CK-TL210 FX-HDL | Torch Body with Handle | CK-210HTF | Not Included |
| CK-TL2112HSF FX | Complete Torch Package | CK-210HTF | 12.5' (3.8m) One-Piece SuperFlex™ |
| CK-TL2125HSF FX | Complete Torch Package | CK-210HTF | 25' (7.6m) One-Piece SuperFlex™ |
Important: Select the configuration that matches the components you need. The torch-body-only option does not include a handle or power cable. Complete torch packages include the CK-210HTF handle and one-piece SuperFlex™ power cable.
Flexible Head for Better Access
The flexible head allows the welder to change the torch angle to better match the joint and welding position. This is especially useful when a standard rigid 70° torch cannot provide the access or hand position needed for the job.
- Reach around tubing, fixtures, and workpiece obstructions
- Improve access inside fabricated assemblies
- Adjust the torch angle for changing weld positions
- Improve visibility of difficult weld joints
- Reduce awkward hand and wrist positioning
Flex Head vs. Rigid Head
| Feature | Trim-Line™ Flex Head | Trim-Line™ Rigid Head |
|---|---|---|
| Head Style | Flexible | 70° Rigid |
| Head Position | Can be adjusted to better match the weld joint | Fixed 70° position |
| Best For | Tight spaces, changing weld positions, and restricted-access joints | General welding where a consistent fixed torch angle is preferred |
| Cooling | Air-Cooled | Air-Cooled |
| Front-End Consumables | 3 Series | 3 Series |
Compact Alternative to a Traditional 26-Series Torch
The Trim-Line™ 210 is designed to provide the welding capability of a traditional 26-Series air-cooled TIG torch while reducing overall torch size and weight. The compact design can provide better control and help reduce operator fatigue during longer welding sessions.
3 Series Front-End Compatibility
The Trim-Line™ 210 uses standard 3 Series TIG torch front-end parts, commonly used with 17, 18, and 26 Series TIG torches.
Compatible 3 Series front-end components include the appropriate:
- Collets
- Collet Bodies
- Gas Lenses
- Cups
- Back Caps
- Other compatible 3 Series consumables
Power Cable Compatibility
The Trim-Line™ 210 is designed for use with CK Worldwide® SuperFlex™ power cables:
- CK-412PCSF
- CK-425PCSF
The torch body can also be used with compatible standard 200 Amp air-cooled power cables:
- 46V28R
- 46V30R
Ideal Applications
- Restricted-access TIG welding
- Pipe and tube fabrication
- Automotive and motorsports fabrication
- Stainless steel welding
- Aluminum TIG welding
- General fabrication
- Maintenance and repair
- Applications where a traditional 26-Series torch feels too large or heavy
Frequently Asked Questions
What makes the Trim-Line™ Flex Head different from the Rigid Head version?
The Flex Head can be adjusted to better match the weld joint and working position. The Rigid Head version maintains a fixed 70° head angle.
What makes the Trim-Line™ 210 different from a traditional 26-Series torch?
It is designed to provide comparable air-cooled welding performance in a smaller and lighter torch body.
What consumables does it use?
The torch uses standard 3 Series front-end parts commonly used with 17, 18, and 26 Series TIG torches.
What tungsten sizes can it use?
The torch supports .020" (0.5mm) through 5/32" (4.0mm) tungsten electrodes with the appropriate 3 Series consumables.
What is the difference between the four available configurations?
CK-TL210 FX is the torch body only. CK-TL210 FX-HDL adds the handle. CK-TL2112HSF FX is a complete package with a 12.5' SuperFlex™ power cable, while CK-TL2125HSF FX includes a 25' SuperFlex™ power cable.
Can I use a standard air-cooled power cable?
Yes. The torch is designed for CK Worldwide® SuperFlex™ cables but can also be used with compatible standard 200 Amp air-cooled power cables including 46V28R and 46V30R.
Is this torch water-cooled?
No. The Trim-Line™ 210 Flex Head is an air-cooled TIG torch.
