Production Level Tungsten Grinding Station
The DGP-1 is a pedestal style grinding machine engineered to precision diamond Grind TIG & Plasma Arc Welding electrodes. The grinder produces longitudinal grind angles from 6˚- 120˚ with a 20RMS finish and + / - 1/2˚ angle tolerance. The DGP-1 also has an all-purpose aluminum oxide grinding wheel.
Unlike the DGP-2 and the DGP-3 tungsten grinding stations, the DGP-1 cannot cut tungsten electrodes to length. Made in U.S.A. by Diamond Ground Products.
This robust & easy to use machine has everything needed to produce high-quality precision diamond Ground & Cut-to-Length tungsten welding electrodes.

Your Choice of Four Collets Sizes:
The grinder comes standard with .040" (1.0mm), 1/16" (1.6mm), 3/32" (2.4mm), & 1/8" (3.2mm) collets.
Additional 5/32" (4.0mm) & 3/16" (4.8mm) collets are available or can be substituted in place of the standard sizes.
