Arc-Zone.com stores data securely in a database located on the same server that hosts the website. This data is only accessible from within that server. Once your order is processed and sent to fulfillment, any accounting-related information is double-encrypted before being transferred to our accounting system at our main office in Vista, CA.
To keep your account active at Arc-Zone.com, we may retain your data in our website database. If you prefer not to have your data stored, you may request its removal at any time. Please note that, in compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, any data related to orders must be retained in our accounting system for up to seven (7) years.
