The Arc-Zone® ZeroLoss™ Double Shut-Off Quick-Release TIG Torch Conversion Kit lets you disconnect and change compatible water-cooled TIG torches without tools. Internal shut-off valves automatically close at both the female couplers and male plugs as soon as they are disconnected.

This helps prevent coolant from draining out of the torch lines, reduces shielding gas loss, and keeps atmospheric air from backfilling disconnected gas hoses.

Choose the Correct Male TIG Gas Hose Plug Size

This conversion kit is available with two different Male TIG Gas Hose Plug sizes. The correct size depends on the TIG torch, gas hose, and welding machine configuration used in your system.

Important: Large and Small refer specifically to the size of the Male TIG Gas Hose Plug, not the outside size of the ZeroLoss™ quick-disconnect fitting.

How the Double Shut-Off System Works

1. Install the female couplers at the welding machine and water cooler.
2. Install the matching male plugs on the TIG torch gas and coolant hoses.
3. Connect the torch by inserting each plug into its matching coupler.
4. When a connection is released, valves on both sides automatically close.
5. Coolant and shielding gas remain contained while the torch is disconnected.
