Generator Requirements

  • Use only generators certified by the manufacturer as producing clean power
  • Total harmonic distortion must be less than 5%
  • 120V Operation: Minimum recommended generator size is approximately 4,000 watts continuous
  • 240V Operation: Minimum recommended generator size is approximately 8,500 watts continuous

Using an undersized generator or one that does not provide clean power may damage the machine and affect warranty coverage.
