The Everlast PowerTIG 250EX is a versatile and high-performance AC/DC TIG welder, designed to meet the needs of both welding enthusiasts and professionals. With 250 amps of TIG welding power on single-phase 240V, it operates with a 60% duty cycle, making it an excellent choice for demanding tasks.

This welder is equipped with features such as fully adjustable pulse, AC frequency control, AC balance control, and stick function with arc force control. It also includes 2T/4T remote control functions and a spot weld timer, making it ideal for routine, perfectly timed spot welds on sheet metal. The IGBT inverter module reduces both size and weight, enhancing portability.

The PowerTIG 250EX operates efficiently on both 240V single-phase and 240V 3-phase power, and it is capable of welding thin-gauge materials, with a low amp start capability as low as 5 amps in both AC and DC modes. The unit continues the legacy of being an economical, capable welder in the industry.

Now with HV Start for improved arc initiation and Fan-On-Demand, which only activates when needed, the PowerTIG 250EX provides even better performance and reliability.
