PROFAX® WP-250 Positioner with Hydraulic Platform Cart

The PROFAX® WP-250 welding Positioner is a robust solution for consistent holding and rotating of parts in your welding workstation.  The WP-250 Positioner offers manual tilt adjustment, high frequency protection, and heavy-duty foot control switch. The WP-250 will hold 440lbs. (2000kg) in the horizontal position, and 250 lbs. (113kg) in the vertical position. 

Note: For maximum capacity, the COG (center of gravity) of work load should not be more than 4" (101.6mm) from the center of the turntable and 4" (101.6mm) from the face of the turntable.

The turntable plate has a 3-slot configuration for easy mounting of chucks.

The machine can be outfitted with either the PX-WPC-11 Speed Chuck, the 3-Jaw style PX-WPC-6 or our 6 in Precision 3-Jaw chuck AZP-WPC-6-PRO.

Hydraulic Platform Cart

This hydraulic table cart can position and raise your workpiece up to 27-1/2 in. with easy foot pedal action. Features include a hand lever to safely lower your items and two locking swivel casters to ensure stability once the table cart is shifted into position.
