Factory Refurbish Service is available from Arc-Zone. In most cases we replace the motor and refurbish the machines to like new condition for a nominal parts and labor charge.

Satisfaction Guarantee: We take pride in our products and put a lot of effort into making them the best they can be.  If you need to return a machine for warranty repair, we will check the machine for major damage, and repair to like new condition.  NOTE: If your machine is more that 90 days old-- we will evaluate the repair charges on a case-by-case basis.
