360° FlexLoc™ Positioning
The FlexLoc™ system allows the torch head to be repositioned around the torch body instead of limiting the welder to a traditional fixed torch angle. This makes it easier to adapt the torch to the workpiece instead of forcing your hand and wrist into an uncomfortable welding position.
- Improve access to restricted weld joints
- Position the head around workpiece obstructions
- Improve torch angle and weld visibility
- Reduce awkward hand and wrist positioning
- Quickly adapt the torch for different welding positions

I knew about this option for a while, but didn't want to spend the money. Then I got a cast aluminum job that required me to stand on my head to weld it with a standard fixed-angle torch. No more! That made-up my mind to get it. SO GLAD I got it! The torch can be adjusted to just the right angle. Makes for a more comfortable welder, with makes for a more reliable weld. Well worth the cost. Regret not getting it sooner.

This is hands down, the Best Tig torch in the market today. The torch head makes nearly any scenario easily accessible and weldable. This is great from harsh angled tube chassis welding, to the ability to distance and prop on hot aluminum. I have this torch setup on my OTC DTX2200, one on my Everlast Powertig255ext, and on two Miller Dynasty 280’s. The Superflex cables from CK are outstanding. I’ve never had a leak or a kink with these cables over the past 8+yrs on any of my CK setups. ++++ the superflex cables are the only cables I know that can be braided together & provide unrestricted cooling flow! Get one! -RK

EXCELLENT torch. Very sturdy and has been a big help getting to those hard to reach welds or just with over all comfort when doing production. Highly Recommend over a flexible neck torch.

I am a shop foreign for a welding in Machining shop in Evansville Indiana into to the versatility of the flex-loc TIG torch. I had converted two of our machines over to them and working to convert the third one over do to the adjustability and durability. And i think it's one of best investment for productivity and versatility we have made for our TIG machines. Bryon Ferguson
