BuildPro® Modular Tube & Pipe Notcher

Notching a round, or square tube or pipe has never been easier.

Now you can do quick and consistent notches on straight, angled and curved tubes with complex angles.

The new BuildPro® Tube & Pipe Notcher makes alignment and length control of the notch easy!

So if your building motorcycle frames, exhaust systems, custom railings etc. you need this tool.

Notch 1”– to- 2-1/2” OD pipes or square tubes at any angle, or off-center. Position the two V-Blocks and clamp as needed.

The BuildPro® Tube & Pipe Notcher is specifically designed to mount quickly onto the BuildPro®, Rhino Cart®, or FixturePoint® Welding Tables, but it can also be easily adapted to almost any welding or work table, or can be used in the field.

Specifications / Features: 

• Notch 1”–to- 2-1/2” OD pipes or square tubes at any angle, or off-center!
• 0-90° adjustable angle setting with easy-to-read degree scale.
• Heavy duty, all steel construction, with the same 5/8” thick steel used for the BuildPro Tables.
• 25mm Steel Shaft with Double Heavy-Duty Needle Bearings.
• Requires a powerful (cordless drill not recommended) ½” drive drill motor (not included--not sold by Arc-Zone)
• Hole Saws: 3/4" – 2.5” diameter Hole Saws.  (sold separately - not included) 
  ***It will fit a 3.5” hole saw, but the range of angles might be slightly limited at 3” & above: 0-20°.
• Hole Saw mounting: Accepts hole saws with either ½” x 20 or 5/8” x 18 threads.
  ***Does not use the mandrels or pilot drill bits generally included with hole saw kits. 
• V-Blocks are aluminum with rounded edges and finished surfaces to create a non-marring, “soft” face. 
• Extremely easy to mount, adjust, and use.
