ZeroLoss™ Double Shut-Off Quick-Release TIG Water Hose Plug

Disconnect your water-cooled TIG torch without draining coolant from the lines.
The Arc-Zone® ZeroLoss™ Double Shut-Off TIG Water Hose Plug installs onto a compatible water-cooled TIG torch hose and connects to a matching Arc-Zone® ZeroLoss™ female water coupler.

When disconnected, the internal shut-off valve closes automatically to help keep coolant contained inside the hose. This reduces coolant mess, speeds up torch changes, and makes maintenance easier.

This listing is for the TIG water hose plug only. It does not include a gas hose plug or female quick-release coupler.

Important: A water-cooled TIG torch uses two coolant hoses—one supply hose and one return hose. You will need two water hose plugs to convert one torch.

How It Works

1. Insert the barbed nipple into the 3/16" (4.8 mm) I.D. TIG water hose.
2. Secure the hose using the included clamp.
3. Connect the male water plug to a matching Arc-Zone® ZeroLoss™ female water coupler.
4. Coolant flows normally while the plug and coupler are connected.
5. When disconnected, internal valves on both sides close automatically to help contain the coolant.
