The unique and versatile D-Stop Bars, with spring loaded plungers, are an efficient way to locate and position stock against a stop.
The D-Stop Bars are "distortion tolerant", for welded structures allowing easy part removal. They consist of a rounded end stop, a flat end stop, and long stop edges, and can be locked into position with Ball Lock Bolts or Socket Shoulder Screws. Use the round end to locate any round or irregular shaped parts. Full length slots give you numerous mounting positions.
The Anodized Aluminum D-Stop Bars are lightweight and easy to maneuver. Mount D-Stop Bars using 3/8-16" hex head screw. Must be used with Threaded Adapters, (sold separately) Part #s. SHT-TXT5204 or SHT-TXT5304.
Optional Toggle Clamp Accessories
Toggle Clamps can be mounted on top of the D-stop bars. The toggle clamp clearance can be raised by using thicker bar, or by stacking bars to achieve your desired height. Two M6 screws are needed for mounting. Larger holes can be tapped by user on the bottom face.
