Arc-Zone® Delivers Best in Class TIG Welding Products, Backed by Industry Leading Technical Service
The right front-end components help keep your tungsten secure and your shielding gas flowing where it is needed. Whether you are replacing worn parts or changing your torch setup, start with your torch model, tungsten diameter, and welding application.
At Arc-Zone.com®, you will find TIG collets, collet bodies, and gas lenses from trusted brands including CK Worldwide and Miller® Weldcraft®, backed by knowledgeable technical support.
What Does Each Part Do?
- Collets: Grip the tungsten electrode and hold it in position inside the torch.
- Standard collet bodies: Support the collet and direct shielding gas into the cup for general-purpose TIG welding.
- Gas lenses: Replace the standard collet body to provide smoother shielding gas flow and support greater tungsten stick-out when properly configured.
How Do I Match Parts to My Torch?
Match your torch model or series, tungsten size, and front-end configuration before ordering. Common torch families include 9/20 (2-Series) and 17/18/26 (3-Series), but specialty and micro torches may require different components.
Check the part's listed tungsten diameter, such as 1/16", 3/32", or 1/8", and confirm compatibility with your collet, cup, and insulator. Standard, gas lens, stubby, and Gas Saver™ setups can require different combinations of parts, even on the same torch.
Options for Standard, Compact & Specialty Setups
Shop standard and stubby collets and collet bodies, standard and large-diameter gas lenses, and CK Worldwide Gas Saver™ options. Stubby components provide a lower-profile front end for applications where clearance is limited.
You will also find micro torch chucks, nozzle insulators, and replacement gaskets for maintaining compatible torch assemblies.
